Disappeared into thin air
One of the titles we were looking forward to learning more about E3 2011 was Sorcery, the Move-enabled magic title that Sony was so proud to show off last year, but we left Los Angeles disappointed and downhearted.
Now the 3DS eShop is available, all Nintendo's downloadable store fronts will be updated on Thursdays. That means WiiWare, DSiWare and 3DS software will all go live on Thursday, with press releases on the same day.
The future of tactics
E3's on-stage demonstration of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier's Kinect features was a real highlight for fans of the sensor, showing that Kinect can do core games. Now Ubisoft has released a further trailer of the game's Gunsmith mode, a weapon customisation feature that looks set to impress many non-believers.
eShop is a fresh start
The 3DS eShop has been available for a week now, and if you've read our Nintendo 3DS eShop FAQ you'll know there's plenty to discover in Nintendo's new downloadable store front. Nintendo President Satoru Iwata is proud of the company's achievement, as he discussed in a new Iwata Asks article.
New experiences planned
Last week at E3 Satoru Iwata announced that Smash Bros. is coming to Wii U and 3DS, and there was much rejoicing, particularly when Iwata confirmed the two versions would be able to communicate with each other. A new Iwata Asks between the Nintendo President and Smash Bros. head Masuhiro Sakurai has delved a little more into the communication aspects players can expect.
We know that LittleBigPlanet 2's PlayStation Move support is coming in September, but now we know a little more about what's set for inclusion in the update.
