Now the 3DS eShop is available, all Nintendo's downloadable store fronts will be updated on Thursdays. That means WiiWare, DSiWare and 3DS software will all go live on Thursday, with press releases on the same day.

E3's on-stage demonstration of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier's Kinect features was a real highlight for fans of the sensor, showing that Kinect can do core games. Now Ubisoft has released a further trailer of the game's Gunsmith mode, a weapon customisation feature that looks set to impress many non-believers.

Sakurai Talks Connecting Smash Bros 3DS and Wii U

New experiences planned

Last week at E3 Satoru Iwata announced that Smash Bros. is coming to Wii U and 3DS, and there was much rejoicing, particularly when Iwata confirmed the two versions would be able to communicate with each other. A new Iwata Asks between the Nintendo President and Smash Bros. head Masuhiro Sakurai has delved a little more into the communication aspects players can expect.
