A leaked "for internal use only" video from Microsoft has revealed a little more about the Kinect features you can expect in Forza Motorsport 4.
Pledges to bring smiles back
Japanese developer PlatinumGames has been responsible for some pretty innovative games over the past five years: Wii gorefest MadWorld and DS space RPG Infinite Space for Nintendo's formats, as well as the superlative Bayonetta and Vanquish for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Five years in and not a sequel in sight, PlatinumGames is something of an anomaly in the current franchise-led marketplace, and that hurts.

CommanderVideo to return?
It's pretty certain that Gaijin Games is developing for 3DS, but the team isn't yet ready to share any concrete details. However, this mysterious teaser image just arrived in our inbox here at Nintendo Life, pointing to a possible 3D excursion for CommanderVideo.
So long, April
When GameFly leaked Heavy Fire: Afghanistan in February, it originally listed an April release date for Kinect's first FPS. Now it seems we'll be taking to the battlefield a lot later in the year, if an Amazon listing is accurate.
Cards on the table here: Sega's comic book movie tie-ins have not been fantastic. Iron Man, Iron Man 2, The Incredible Hulk; none of these games have set the world of Wii alight. But hey, we have new trailers for Thor: God of Thunder and Captain America: Super Soldier to make things better.

Child of Eden is finally coming to Kinect in June, but if you live in the UK and just can't wait to see Ubisoft's synaesthetic shooter you might want to consider making a beeline for KAPOW! Comic Con next week.
Cue global hootenanny
Nintendo of America was quick to shout when the 3DS had the best first-day sales of any Nintendo handheld, and now Nintendo of Europe has joined in the sales trumpeting by confirming that it too has enjoyed record-breaking sales.
WiiWare's restrictive 40MB file size has caused a few casualties in its time, with promising projects making the jump across to other formats where there's a little more room to breathe. While we still don't know much about 3DSWare, other than this fetching (if temporary) 3DSWare logo, a new interview with Nnooo's Nic Watt suggests we may see a larger limitation on the handheld's downloads.
