BBFC reckons so
Sega's horrortastic Rise of Nightmares is well on its way to stores, as ratings are popping up all over the place: last week the ESRB rated Rise of Nightmares, and now the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has had a stab, slapping an 18 certificate on the game.
Fans of Diablo-style gaming, rejoice! Dungeon Hunter: Alliance lands on the European PlayStation Network today, with four player online co-op, randomly-generated dungeons and of course PlayStation Move support.
Monster press event planned
Capcom's Captivate event is just a few days away, and Japanese magazine Famitsu (via Andriasang) is reporting the publisher has at least six games to show off.
2K's Carnival Games: In Action is the first entry in the publisher's super-successful casual gaming series to reach Xbox 360. With 7m copies sold around the world since 2007, 2K is hoping the franchise will be able to tap into an emerging market: Kinect families.
Finally, a confirmation
The ongoing Child of Eden PlayStation Move debate has been bubbling away since the game's first showing in 2010. Recently we reported a rumour that Child of Eden was coming to PlayStation Move, and now we've heard word from Ubisoft that yes, the motion controller is supported.
Open the box
Nintendo's financial report in January this year unearthed all sorts of interesting bits of news, including Pandora's Tower on Wii. The game stayed hidden atop a lofty tower until now, as Nintendo has released the first trailer for its Wii adventure.
The second cut is the deepest
Last year's Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 saw Move support patched into the game post-release, and although the core game was solid, the Move controls were a letdown. Six months later, EA has brought the Tiger back out of the cage for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters, but can it make up for last year's errors?
Trademarks and ratings emerge
As if screaming "don't forget about me!", the humble Nintendo DS has given gamers a glimmer of hope that at least one more intriguing title will make it to the handheld; in Europe, at least.

This isn't the first time we've seen Kinect used for interesting things other than gaming — check out some of the previous Kinect hacks — but it is the first time we recall the sensor being used to advertise products in a shop window.
